I'll try and get some pictures up soon of my rifle. Post any pics or vids of ya'll rifles

I'll try to drum up some pics, but I love long range shooting. I have a Weatherby Vanguard in 7mm Rem. Mag. with a Leupold 3x9 scope on it. I have had it for years for hunting but I have been playing with it recently to see how far out I can reach with it.

Hmm.. Our sport model 8mm K98 can hit the broad side of a barn, as long as the wind isn't too bad. I did put a giant hole in a binder clip once, while aiming at the bulls-eye (100yd shot, bulls eye was 2 feet from the clip).

One MOA at 700 yards is quite impressive.

I've never shot at a range over 100 yards. I do enjoy popping golf balls at that distance with my Ruger 10-22 and Weaver scope. Still trying to make that shot with the 16in AR15 (folding iron sights)..

like I said... all thats left is the action. Everything else is either custom or off the shelf parts. Although, i have heard of some amazing feats done with stock rifles. I want to find a longer range that I can use, around here long range ranges are very rare.

Rem 700 PSS on 300wm with a Kahles 3x9 TDS scope. Shoot out to 500 all the time on the cottage range.

I no longer have access to much over 150 yards. I have a a Remington 700 VLS in .22-250 that has picked off ground hogs at 300-400 yards.

I also have a custom Ruger 10-22 that's been converted to a .17 Mark II. It'll hit whatever I aim at within 150 yards.

Remington 700 30-06 was the orig. base but after all the mods about the only thing orig. is it still a 30-06. I was a Marine rifle range coach so 700 yds. is just fun. I don't have a connection any more to that kind of range. I would like to get my hands on a 50 and see what hitting something at a 1000 or better would be like.
