| street/jump mountain bikes, what's your poison?
I used to ride hardtail street mtn bikes back in the day (read trek bruiser). I really liked it but just so hard at the time(2002) to keep up with i went BMX. Riding the BMX is just harder since i don't have a lot of people to ride with/push me. I am looking at some Transition frames, also some other small manufactures. What are you riding? post a pic |

I ride but my bike is for flatland and I gave up tricks years ago but I'm thinking I might get padded up this year and see what I can injure. Standard or Stolen bikes come to mind when thinking street frames. |

I'm riding a Trek Navigator 2.0 right now. It's a comfort Hybrid with fat 26" tires and a decent front shock. I used to ride a Trek 4500 MTB but couldn't take the forward angle on my neck and back since my accident. I'm building a new bike this week for long distances. GT frame with some nice 700c wheels in a Road/Hybrid kind of look. I've been hitting about 20 mi. a day on my Trek or the wifes Trek 7100 so I figure my own road style bike would be good. I'm looking to make a bike trex called "ride across Nebraska", next year and it's 50 mi. a day. I miss Mountain Biking, but I gotta do what the body can handle now. Here's my Navigator 2.0 |

I'm on my second Diamondback Sorrento ('05, I think), but I just ride city surface streets (and not very often at that). Don't have any pics available, sorry.

i was trying to decide between a 26in DJ or another bmx bike awhile back and i pick up a lightly used 2010 DK kvant toss some KHE dirt tires, seat/post combo, now its under 25 pounds and i only have $250 in all of it. I went with the bmx over the 26in because i do enjoy hucking the box jumps, airing the quaterpipes, and just kinda flowing around the skateparks. Ive got my stumperjumper fsr to hit the trails and MTB stuff on.
