|  Class action against E-bay.
I just got a check in the mail for $0.57 from a class action lawsuit against E-bay. Really $0.57? Why bother? A friend of mine got a check for $0.05! What a total waste. Did anyone else get one?

I received one for $1.97. I hesitate to cash it. I wonder what that $1.97 will actually cost me. *It was a settlement of a class action lawsuit regarding fees charged for selling on the auto parts and accessories section of eBay. Apparently they kept too much of our money for fees during the early 2000's. The check is based on how much you sold during certain years. |

Yea I got one too, $0.45. I figured it may be one of those cash this check and your enrolled in our protection plan scam bs for $99.99 a month so I tossed it.

The bad thing is think about how many of you out there that will get lets say $3 or less. And they send out a million checks. That is a lot of money that Ebay gets to keep! I say just deposit it and hurt their pockets a little. They are counting on you tossing those checks. Then they only pay out a small amount. Make it hurt and maybe they learn a lesson.....
