i dont see how it could be shop lifting, your paying for the service, not taking anything, really your leaving something, now maybe breach of contract (where hookings legal), also unless the pro could prove it wasnt consensual its not rape, if they think your going to pay them they're willingly having sex with you

Shoplifting is taking goods for sale and removing them without paying. Punishable by law. Using a pay for service and not paying would fall under contractual obligations in small claims court. |

It's rape if she said no.....but the harsh reality is that the odds of a jury believing the hooker over the guy who said "I paid her to do it rough" are going to be terrible. 100s of cases like this go unprosecuted every year for that very reason.....the ones that do usually are if the guy beat her to a bloody pulp or if the guy is a bigger piece of shit than she is.
