I want to know how many people here have called in sick to work on there rig . Let us know your excuse you used :eek:

I have a few times, but I don't have to have a reason. Just call in and say I wont be in today. Government

If I call in sick, I'm too busy being sick to work on anything other than occupying my bed. And even then it's difficult to call in, I don't unless I can't hardly reach the phone 2' from my head.

Your a good man I'd hire you but that's not what I'm looking for I want to know the RCaddicks that would go as far to call in sick to work on there rig that's it I know some people like myself can't because were needed to much . I have once or twice. Call in and say I won't be there, done.

We're kinda forced to call in once in awhile now. Some vacation was taken away and called 'sick time' for us beginning this year.

I've got 702hrs an that's maxed out.

Also have plenty of vacation and personal time I should use more of. Might get some stuff done around the house that way!

I actually overheard a former co-worker at my last job say this to his supervisor when asked why he had missed the previous day. The supe was speechless. I laughed so hard I shot coffee out my nose and all over my computer monitor.

Every time new parts come in the mail, I'm overcome with excitement to the point of being a bit I'll.. Cough cough..
I even spend "real" sick days working on rigs, coughing and gaging, aches and pains and all..
