Well don't know if you guys care but here it goes. Local work wasn't cutting it so I went back otr. Sucks because I'm away from wife and kid but its good money. And I just so happen to have a inverter built in to the truck so I have 110v. So I have loaded up all my scaler gear and get to crawl in some cool places. Tonight I'm up in flagstaff Arizona tomorrow I will be crawlin in Moab. I was thinking of posting pics of all the places I go to. Helps me stay connected back home! Look if you want. Lil run off ravine behind truck stop. |

I had an otr guy from Texas who had fairly regular stops in Harrisburg. He shopped at my Hobbytown more than any other hobby shop, because we were so close to the highway. He had a Losi mini crawler, an AX-10, an SCX-10, a Baja 5B, a heli, and an airplane in his truck all the time. The sleeper had a fold-down work bench and he had large toolboxes on the outside to put all his rigs in. Awesome!!

Well Moab was a bust. So much road construction I couldn't get off the side of the highway safely. But I'm in cameo Colorado, and once its not a million degrees this will be my playground tonight! |

Yeah, he shopped at my store and some big hobby shop near Atlanta. If we didn't have a part in stock, he'd pull out the cell phone and call to see if they had it. If they didn't have it in stock, we'd order it for him. We would just hold it, and he'd grab it on his next stop in. Goes by Turner3123 on here, but I see he hasn't posted on here since 2008....

Wow I'd love to be able to do this. Definitely keep a record of where you've been if anything for yourself. With a scaler having fun just makes it that much better, we love pics |

I had a Clodbuster that ran every state on the east coast over the years, New York and Canada. I always brought it on every family vacation. One time way up in NH I was ging to the store and say this guy bashing, pulled over and ran for a while like we knew each other for years. I look back now and wish I never sold it.

Well not much to report. Went home to pickup my son and company calls me. Had a rush load to get to Wyoming. Grab my stuff but forgot to grab the bag with our scalers in it. Be back at it in a week or so.

Always thought crawler/scaler would make good trucker entertainment. I have a crawl spot on the side of the highway and 9 out of 10 trucks that pass by while I'm there hit the rumble strip watching me |

Yeah it helps me get out and be active. And I'm crawlin in a new place every nite. Just a heads up to guys saying hit me up when you're in town. The place needs to be close to a truck stop rest area or I need a ride. Not very mobile with the company truck. |

Oh yeah of coarse the lift is implied. I come from a trucking family. I've been trying to convice my dad to buy a crawler for the rig but he barely stops to sleep.
