| '79 & '82 honda xr80 price
So my dad wants to sell our '79 and '82 honda xr80's. The '79 needs some work done to it but the motor runs just fine. It needs some stuff like new fenders and stuff like that. You can ride it if you wanted to it would just look like you just brought it back from the barn and some pieces fell off. The '82 is in running condition and complete. The seat has been shaved down to make it lower and it has '73 elsinore shocks and silencer modded so they would fit. We don't really want to sell them together but will if we can get more money. He wanted to know what a good asking price would be for both. He also has a '73 honda elsinore 250 that he wants to sell but I want him to keep it and maybe fix it up or pass it down to me so I can fix it up. It needs some work on the tank, plastics, shocks, muffler, and some other parts and restoration done to it. I hate this economy. |

Is the '79 an XR 80 or XR 75? I'd be interested if its a 75. I live in the greater LA area. Edit- Nevermind, a quick search revealed that '78 was the last year for the 75. Last edited by gregrocks90046; 01-20-2013 at 04:35 PM. |

Yeah, they're both xr80's. They run, but have the horsepower of a 5 yr. old kid that's had way to much sugar. It's actually kinda fun.
