I think it's gay. I would rather have a turn key from Blue Torch Fab then that.

I've seen that before. I do like it but I cant justify spending 100k on a wheelin rig.

Well they say that it is aimed twards the "well to do adventure seekers" not a hard core wheeler. I just think it would be fun to have and play around in, since it isn't meant to be a hardcore offroad vehicle.

it looks kinda like a crossbreed of a scorpion and a jeep. It looks cool, but that's too much money to spend on something like that. -Dalton |

cool thing about the hurricane was the zero steer option as well as the regular 4 wheel steer stuff. It also had twin hemi motors in it. This is a pretty neat looking rig, definatly not worth 100k. If anyone is spending 100k on a rock buggy built by anyone your nuts and are getting ripped off. You should be able to have a reputable shop build you a top of the line buggy for 50k MAX andit would be easy to build one for less than that. |

I went and talked to my local 4x4 shop about building up my XJ. He showed me a bunch of stuff spent about an hour looking at stuff. The total for what he showed me with very little fab work was almost 25k. Now, add fab work looking at probably 75 bucks an hour, how many hours does it take to design, build, and complete a full on comp rig...

so maybee I shouldn't have said max, but rather you can get a well built buggy from a shop for 50k. Last edited by blue-beard; 09-13-2006 at 03:33 PM. | |

Like it was said in the other board. They wanted it to be street legal and still be able to stuff the tires without rubbing. All I can say about the whole thing... If I had 100k it would go twards education and a house.
