Default Just got my CHCL.

Finally,after @3-4 months after the test/instruction.

I received my CHCL license.

now to get a nice compact carry piece..

looking at a walther p99.
I have a beretta 92fs 9mm it fits my hand perfect..but is a bit big for concealed carry.
ive held ashtons glock while it feels nice and a smooth slide,it just doesn't fit my hand.

Ruger SP101® Double-Action Revolver Model 5720

For value, dependability, concealability, & effectiveness this can't be beat.
At least give an old style wheel gun some chances at a range to convince you.

If you can find one, the S&W Shield is damn nice. I really like mine.

It blows my mind what some stated make you go through to get a concealed carry permit. In Alabama we can open carry without any permit. To conceal takes $20, a little paper work, and about a week to be approved.

I carry a Taurus TCP .380 or a 24/7 9mm if I'm not worried about concealment.

In WY and OK, you just have to be a state resident for open or conceal carry. I currently carry a S&W Sigma, EVERYWHERE! Unless there are signs AND metal detectors. Hoping to get a 4" 1911 by the end of the year. Haven't decided what brand, yet. I just know I don't like the Sigma's trigger.

That picture looks just like you.

Obviously that would make more sense if I actually knew what you looked like, but kudos for the nicely manicured thumb nail.

Just out of curiosity, what makes you feel the need to carry a gun?
It's not like it got everyday value like a swiss army knife, not that versatile...
Since i'm from sweden we got different "weapon culture"
And i really enjoy target shooting and all that so I 'm not against weapons in general!

Some people just feel the need to express their 2nd Amendment more so than others. Not that I'm against Conceal and Carry... but you dont need a license here in AZ.

Ruger LCP in .380 is a comfy carry, or a keltec PF9 9mm if you want a little more punch (small and doesn't break the bank). The key is finding something small enough that you will actually carry it, in case it is ever needed. My .02

I say the ruger lcp 380 is nice too. Small, no snags, and loaded with 7 rds has more stopping power than probably necessary for anything you'll ever run in to.
