Wow it has been 5 yrs today since mine and emutts mom passed. seems like yesterday since she left us.sure miss her crazy arse.and i guess like any other kinda like any kids with their parents growing up,had our ups and downs.but you still love themand always remember you don't know what you have/had until it/they are gone.Miss you a lot Josephine Carol Faircloth.

It will be my wifes 1st Christmas without her mum, she passed away mid year from a stroke.

Thursday with be 15 years since Mom's eldest sister passed from an aneurism, not sure about my remaining aunts, but Mom kept trying to call her for addresses to people back where they grew up (and her sister still lived) for at least a couple years afterwards.

It will be 12 Christmas's without my Dad. Lost him when I was 8. Drinking and driving is really a bad thing but people don't think about it until something happens. Unfortunately for my Dad he was up near my cabin leaving a bar and there sin't much traffic like there is here in the city. Someone early in the morning finally drove by and saw him and called 911. He was still breathing when they got there. Who knows how many hours he was sitting there.

It's crazy to think about how more leniant my family was about raising me since he was gone. I almost always got what I wanted. I'd trade it all to have him back though.
