Default 1:1 wiring question

i need help. me and my dad are wiring the the M715 jeep right now and we've run into a problem. the truck uses a 24 volt system(lights, guages). but since we put a small block into it the starter is no longer 24 volt its now 12 volt. so my question is how do you wire it so that using 2 batteries, how can we get 12 volt to the starter, and 24 volt to the rest of it? i need help asap

if you could draw it out above it would be great

I agree, swapping everything over to 12 volt is the only way to go IMO.
If you try to run 12 volt and 24 volt together you are going to cause yourself problems down the road.
