Re: Pics of your latest purchase Technically didn't buy these as I was shipped the wrong set of 2.2 wheels but correct set is on the way. They aren't too bad looking of a wheel and mounted em on my Panthers anyway. On the left has the front bead lock ring but I decided to install one with a rear ring in the front and I think it looks more plain but proper.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...42b912fdf7.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...d019144608.jpg |

Re: Pics of your latest purchase I went overboard Black Friday https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...10098c9476.jpg Couldn’t pass up a mamba x/slate 2850kv for $165, or ar45 straight axles for $99. Rockjocks were full price unfortunately, but I’ve been waiting months for them to come back in stock. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I also couldn't pass up the Axial straight axle kit for $99. As soon as I heard Harley on SNU mention these, I quickly got a set ordered! |
Re: Pics of your latest purchase If it wasnt for havin to finish up some christmas shoppin, i wouldve jumped on the straight axle kit n the mamba x combo for those prices |
Re: Pics of your latest purchase ^ I am jealous of those who scored those axles at that price. Such a good buy. |

I got one set of axles, and 2 mamba combos. Already sold the motors, though. Got my 12.8" Hardcore RC Gspeed/Monkey Skid links (and the skid from amain), too. Still have stuff coming from Supershafty, TGH, Dluxfab, and Gspeed. No more RC parts until next year! |

I wish I could have got more… I would have liked to have 3 or 4 sets ready for future projects. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Pics of your latest purchase Picked this up locally from a guy. Not sure what the plans are for it. Re: Pics of your latest purchase Damn, I LIKE that! Looks like some body parts from the King Kong RC Q157 combined with some pretty sweet metal fab... "thumbsup" |
Re: Pics of your latest purchase Yeah that thing is pretty sweet. Those front shock hoops look out of place but I get it. |
Re: Pics of your latest purchase Yea it’s a King Kong ca10 cab. The bed is custom, and it’s sitting on ssd pro44’s. I agree on the front shock towers kind of has a desert rat vibe. I think I’m going to grab some proline grunts for it and just do some minor tweaking Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Re: Pics of your latest purchase On a matter of speaking, today's items aren't, technically, my "latest purchase"...and, technically, they weren't actually delivered today...but, they did come into my possession today. What better way to celebrate Christmas away from home, away from all who l whom I love & care about, than to get not one, but two, gifts on Christmas Eve day (even if I did buy them myself). Here's a quick hint of one: As many know, I'm a Professional Chauffeur...and, starting today, I begin another 10-day stretch of living out of a hotel (will continue this through March...or later, if FEMA extends the contract). I don't get to spend Christmas Eve, Christmas, NYE, or NYD, with my family. On top of that, if I need to go anyplace further than walking distance, there's a "problem". So, to 'help' me in my time away, I decided it was time to get my next RC...but, this isn't just any RC. It has a Hobbywing ESC, runs on 10S, and has a 2Ch Tx...and, for those about to guess a boat, you're wrong. It has 4 wheels, and 2WD...but, NO steering servo. On fact, it has no externally-controllable steering at all. Although it runs on 10S, its max speed is approx 24mph. Confused? Be confused no more: My newest 'RC' is a Backfire G2 Black E-skate (ie. electric skateboard). I ordered it approx a week ago, but knowing it might not arrive until after I started my next 10-day rotation driving the nurses, I decided to have it shipped to the hotel the drivers (and nurses) are put up at. This is to be my "transportation" (well, as soon as the rain subsides...thankfully, I also brought several days-worth of food) for anyplace I want/need to go that's further than 'walking' distance. And, yes, I did pick up the usual safety gear...but, that's only for daytime riding. What about riding at night? That's where the second package comes in. I also ordered a complete sweet of ShreadLights, including mounting brackets, so that I can be safe...and SEEN...at night. https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...6926533ae9.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...5d9269bd5b.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/202...31b748aa5c.jpg ~ More peace, love, laughter, & kindness would make the world a MUCH better place |
