| Active Powersports?
Has anyone used these jack wagons and had good luck? I ordered stuff last weekend I needed here. Paid extra for 2 day shipping, and here it sits Thursday and they haven't even shipped anything. What exactly takes a company 4 days to process a single order?

They dont keep anything in stock. When you order they place and order with the vendor, which is VERY misleading. Try goolging for feedback on them, I almost tried to order a bunch of long discontinued HPI bodies from them awhile back.

After reading their "About Us", it sounds like one guy processing drop shipments from other vendors.

I dug around and found a number (760) 746-0600, I'm on hold as of now awaiting their customer service to find out the skinny on my order. Apparently they have different "divisions" so I'm not sure what the deal is. will update |

SOOOO... this company are crooks. They say my part isn't scheduled to be to them until Tuesday. The guy then proceeds to tell me that the 13 dollars in shipping I paid FOR SERVO END CAP is not 2 day shipping. While their invoice does show shipping charges, it does not show what shipping I actually paid for. Now I know damn well I paid and clicked two day shipping because I sheered the ears off my savox servo and needed the damn things here this week so I could take it on the long weekend. Absolute crooks. DO NOT DEAL with these people, you'll be sorry you did. I now have to overnight the end caps from someone else if I can even find them, and then most likely wait another week or two for the ones I ordered from these clowns.

Search for anything RC and they come up. They show items in stock that have long been discontinued. Garbage place.

They show long discontinued rare items in stock, as Bill Engvall would say "Here's your sign."

Quick Update: After being patient and waiting two weeks and still no parts, not even shipping, I called back in. Spoke to whoever it was, same guy as last time, and I called back again to see, same guy. I'm thinking this business is a single guy operation who just drop ships stuff. Long story short, they never got my parts (miraculously) and weren't going to get them for "a long time" so he was forced to refund my money. I can't believe businesses like this are allowed to even exist in todays world. |

When using a "vendor" like this, use PayPal. One extra helping hand Hang up and Drive |
