Default 2006 Review

Is anyone working on one? I always liked reading what Dirky poo wrote how things changed in just one year and his guess's of what was going to happen for the next year. Alot of new stuff came out last year. Treads changed a little and we had are first Nats for Rc Crawlers. Also thought it was cool to guess what the next trend would be and what new products should come out.

I'm hoping that one new product to come out this year, is an affordable RTR crawler that is competition ready. Maybe that's too much to ask, but it's just getting too hard to source 55t motors, TLT axles, Clod Axles, 'pede trannies, Stealth trannies, etc. There seems to have been a huge difference in availability over the past year.

I love building crawlers from scratch, but Tamiya, or HPI, or Traxxas have got to step up and release a crawler. If the Wheely King is any indication, it seems like HPI could be one of the first.

In '07
I think BIG bodies like the Skool Bus & the Peterbuilt will start being "Slammed" on 2.2 torsions...

Next BIG thing in RC..?
Maybe not!

I've already seen one:
(Tommyboy's)

Here are my predictions for '07

Dirk is going to come out of the closet

Unholy is going to wind up on top of a tower with a high power rifle

People will realize that torsion sucks

666 will eliminate every weak point possible with clod axles

Proline will discontinue the moab line of tires

AND the sun will rise 365 times in 2007

I'm more of a "kill people with my bare hands" kind of guy...
Slow and painful over quick and messy.

Aren't you still breast feeding your kids? That doesn't cost money does it?

I think Jason had to sell the breast milk to pay Dirk.
