|  gearing problems
ok just wondering. i went thru 2 idler gears today in peedy tranny. im getting ready to order an aluminum one and was wondering what top gear i need to run with it. any issues with the plastic one with it? was looking at a vendors site RCP and i see the steel one and plastic one just wondering if it was a misprint on the part #'s. stampede book lists the 3195X as the teflon gear and the 3195 as the steel one . which one would everyone recommend? thanks, Tony.. want to order from our vendors not other places.  |

in a crawler theres no real issue with metal on metal, on my rusty i run the delrin top gear and alum idler

well in my 'pede i've been running a steel top gear and an aluminum idler for about a week now with no problems... -Dalton |
