yeh electric is lighter, but you can get better bl's for nitro conversions then electric standard bls/. (colby, eric has a pee pee to far in his butt) |

Yea thats much easier than making a custom motor plate for the back!!!!!!!! where all you have to do is transfer tranny mount holes from the old to the new and make the new adjustable screw holes for the diff motor. |
4 Attachment(s) Very possible and very easy to do. Just have to make a motor mount and a way to secure the batteries. The reciever and servo are mounted using stock chassis holes and the motor mount uses the stock engine mount screw slots. I only drilled one hole in the chassis and it was for the battery side plates. Here are some pics of my electric RC10GT. Not brushless yet, I just have to find a motor. |

Because there are some motors only available for conversion packages? Do they come to your house and take them back if you use them in a standard electric transmission? Seriously... did this actually make sense to you when you posted it? |
im saying like, what size rod (part that comes out of the motor) do you usually use on an electric, a 1mm one, most nitro converions use 5mm ones. |
The shaft? Why do you think that matters at all? |
cause, the bigger the shalf, the more power out put you can get out of the motor. |
So shaft size dictates power output? Good to know... Out of curiosity, what keeps someone from using one of these more powerful, large shafted motors on an electric R/C? |
WOW lack of knowledge stacks up sooooooooooo deep. That NOOB name is 100% accurate!!!!!! I dont know exactly what to say, I have put airplane brushless motors in my customers 1/18 scale trucks. I guess I have to call them back and put in car ones instead!?!?!? |
im not saying it dictates power, but you dont see any one with a rc10b4 running a feiago 9xl? or 9s, do you? thats all im saying. |

That's because you would strip out the transmission gears before the buggy went anywhere. I originally laid out my GT with a 9xl and 12 cells, but was quickly informed the transmission would desintigrate without major upgrades. With the 9XL installed: |
Brushless easy tmax no |
