Is anything on that vehicle from a HMMWV or even a Hummer? For some reason, maybe flashy paint, even the body looks like it's from one of those hummer rebody kits. The kind where you put a glass body on an old suburban or other fullsize.

Yep, High Mobility Multiple Wheel Vehicle. The ones in the Hulk are Bummers (you can see the pumkins when they are taking Banner into the hanger.) They are talking about replacing the Hummer with this new vehicle, it is more like an APC, but on wheels. It has some thick freaking plexi!
