Wasn't sure if I should post, but then I thought a few of you probably know Pete and some words of encouragement may be needed at this time.

Pete, is going to do a frame and cage for a Land Rover build when I received an e-mail today to say this was going to be delayed as his brother has been involved in a serious accident.

So this is just to pass on my best wishes and hope that that all turns out for the best.

A rough day
Yesterday, my mom called me at work and told me Jerry would be heading in for surgery. I rushed to the hospital and made it in time to see him before he went in. The prior night his vitals had gone nuts and they did everything they could to protect him. The pressure in his head would not go down. In surgery they removed the bone underneath his forehead to allow the brain to swell into the opening. He still has no cognition that we or the doctors/nurses can see which is not a good sign. The neurosurgeon gave him a 5% chance of surviving this. I know you guys are praying for him nows the time to beg.

thanks for the support guys, now its just a waiting game.

Im extremely sorry to hear this Pete...My nice went through the same thing last year, She was 10 yoa and was hit by a van at 50mph, they just couldnt keep her brain from swelling...My thoughts prayers and pleads are with you and your family I really know what your going through...

May be comferting (or not) But I survived a 30% chance of living at one point in my life. I know I had better odds but good things do happen.
