The show was fairly neat and set up fairly well. I wouldnt mourn the animals death but it was a story of life death and most def. the rule of a monarch. It was a show that involved everthing we as humans experience but faster paced and a little more raw. I enjoyed the few shows I saw and wouldnt turn the show off. Take it or leave it |

Well, when you portray these little creatures as a "family" and get a bunch of yahoos following their lives on TV every week, this kind of reaction can't be a surprise. You know the PETA types and how they think. I agree, it's sad. I like watching these little animals. But we're talking natural selection here. You can't interfere with that w/o serious consequences down the road.
