Those look a little too heavy. The one I want looks a tad lighter. Plus I don't think it is made in the US.

This one is cool also it's an Internat CXT. http://www.defense-update.com/products/m/mrap.htm Honestly I'm not sure what that specifc model is but I do know that Barnes & Nobles and Borders have books on different armored trucks , maybe you can find it there. The center clearance in that thing sucks compared to a Mog. It's pretty bad a$$ looking though. **Edit, maybe the center clearance isn't as bad as I first thought. That thing looks roomy in the back. Last edited by badger; 10-13-2007 at 11:22 PM. |

If I could afford a Mog I definitely would get one and especially that one. Maybe after I ramp up at my new job I will look into one. I would want one like your radio rig. | |

| What do you mean "if" you could afford a Mog? I paid $6500 for mine. It's not like it costs as much as one of Unimoger's pimped out Mogs.

It is called a "Kasper" (Casper) It is produced here in South Africa for the Army by a weapons manufacturer here. It is virtually land mine proof due to the design of the under belly. It is "V" shaped to deflect explosions from underneath. If I recall, it is powered by a V10 ADE turbo diesel. I have seen a few of these, and the smaller version known as "Buffel" (buffalo), with AK47 bullets melted into the wind screens. Standing next to one of these gives you chills because of their size and the war stories behind each one of them.
