Default Can I change my username ID?

Is it possible to change my forum username ID without starting a new profile?
As you can see it is 'electric_revo', but I no longer own an electric Revo and would like to change ID.

I think 666 means only star holding member can ask the mods or admins to have their usernames changed.

True, but if everybody did that after 10 or 15 posts just think of how many useless accounts would be on RCC just taking up space.

Speaking of that... Does the extra (inactive) usernames create more of a load or take up more space on servers? IF so, what about deleting the ones that have been inactive for say 6 months or a year. It might even prevent someone who has an account, that hasnt been used for a while, from posting an item for sale then getting money and not logging in again.

just a thought...

That's why I was going to change ID insted of creating a new one. I imagine there is already quite a few inactive ID's on the system.
Perhaps I'll just leave it the way it is.

By the way, what's a star for and how do you get one? Do I need one?
