Your file of 190.1 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 97.7 KB for this filetype.

I get this message when I try to upload a picture. I tried to resize on photobucket but it just makes a really tiny picture and it still says the same thing.

I use kissmyimage and man its easy...
you can set parameters for rcc
