drop it down more to like 45x45 or find a new picture But first, it is avatar. If you do not spell it right when uploading it, it will not accept it |

the 4.9kb is actually 5017 bytes, since 1024 bytes = 1kb. The server probably calls 4900 bytes 4.9kb instead of 4.789kb. Try to compress the avatar to 4.75kb and try again. |

I still can't get either site to make the pic small enough to be an avatar. Can ya help? Even imageshack's special "avatar" feature makes it too large. I've had a star for 6 months or more and I still don't have an avatar. Every time I hear "this worked for me" I try it and it doesn't work. I'm really getting pissed the FUKC off!

Here's one. http://i48.photobucket.com/albums/f2...4/9460b98d.jpg If I upgrade to a gold star, I get a bigger avatar right? What size can it be then? I wanna be able to do the resizing and not bother people every 3 weeks when I wanna change it. Edit: I went and got a gold star and it STILL says the images are too big. This is FUKCING GAY! Here's what it needs to be. Max of 130 pixels I believe. That's what mine is anyway.

Ram, you dont happen to have photoshop do you? If you open up the picture you want, resize it to what your allowed. THEN when you go to save it, you have to use "save for web" then youll be good to go. If ya need me to resize something for you send me a PM with the pic and I can do it. Mike |
