Can someone explain this to me as far as what they do or are for? Yes I am a little on the SLOW side when it comes to this stuff. Just to give you a clue when I took computer course in high school it was DOS based.

The likes is so that each section can stay the way it is. For example tech is tech. So if you like something that is in the tech section you just hit the like button.
