RCC store issue
 
Ok, I really hate to do this...BUT I'm not getting anywhere
using the usual methods.

I ordered some merchandise from the RCCrawler store on 5/14
(payed with paypal)...rec'd an email confirming my order right
away. Never rec'd any shipping info, or updates as to the status
of the order. :-(

sent an email to sales@rccrawler.com
on (or about) the 25th, than again last night....

Still get no reply...I really hate to contact paypal, but I
think I've waited a "reasonable" amount of time, without
as much as a simple communication regarding my order....

Help an old man out here guys, Wassup with my chit ?

Anyone else had issues like this ?

TIA for thoughts or suggestions regarding this issue.

Really hate to sound like a grumpy old man :-(

But, I just want to know there is someone
minding the store. And, a little update wouldn't
hurt either. :)

I had similar issues in the past. Through jason and badger I was able to get the misunderstanding straight. RC4WD went above and beyond to make it right

I had the same problem about 5 months ago. Waited over a month on shipping and then receiving the wrong product. Jason took care of the problem and everything turned out ok"thumbsup"

I read your email from last night. Jason responds to the web store emails and I respond to technical problem emails (because we get that many emails, we split up the tasks).

I will be talking to Jason tomorrow and will confirm that he did respond to you, if not I will take care of the problem.

him....
