amazing what gets posted on here in the middle of the night.   from porn to someone selling computer crap on every section in here. Im sure it all has a virus of some sort. |

Aren't there any anti-bot -scripts for vBulletin? Or updates that would correct this? Probably there isn't secure enough protection in registration form that would stop bots. Captcha isn't that secure anymore :(.

Some of them I belive are people. Maybe having one of those scrambled letter boxs would help stop the bots from making it though. Basic r/c type survey would nail a lot. I'd offer to stay up late night early mornings and remove the filth from the board. If there is such a position, understand you don't some one in control of the entire board at night. Possibly could set the board to membership by approval, to weed out the spam artists. But, we all know how much that would suck for new members. Man this really sucks. Isnt there some kind of antivirus the mods or someone could download? If it's just beople doing this then we need to do somthing about it. Like you cant post till you have been a member for 48 hrs or somthing and a mod has to approve you first. Just my .02
