Default I didn't get my rcc merchandise!

Just wanted to say it here too...(I've tried email and PM's)

I bought a t-shirt from the rccrawler site on May 29th, and never received it. I've tried contacting Jason MANY times and have only seen one reply from him (which was a 'I'll get back to you' email). He never contacted me again to this day. Paypal won't help either in the dispute department (apparently it's not the right type of transaction to dispute...whatever) I guess I'm just out $19 bucks...

Shows what happens when you support the site and buy a gold star!

Hey Jason, if you ever do feel like doing something about this, you have my email address to refund my money. It would be nice if you at least pretended to give a ****...

Yeah, but life or busy, 2 months is an exceptionally long time. Sounds like the store needs to be handed off to some one else to run. Plus not being able to get a response, just makes ya think your getting jipped. Not very good for all the newbs and regulars of rc rock crawling if you have to wait so long for the garb.
I don't know if this is an exception or the norm, but I have read a few others with the same problem.

I know Jason personally and I can tell you that he has more on his plate than most of you realize. He has a very demanding "real" job and has alot of different hours, he runs this place and does a kick a$$ job I might add, he is constantly looking for more supporters of the site, he is working on deals with companies (like Axial and Bender customs) they don't just put RCCrawler on their products for free you know. Also Bastard and Jason drive/build a 1:1 rock racer in the XRRA and one more small project.... THE NATIONALS! He has been working on that for 6 months or longer, so if he doesn't have time to get over to the local T-shirt joint to get a bunch of shirts made up don't take it personal he will get to your order!
Now I do agree that if a vendor (even RCC) should be on top of there inventory and update there numbers on the site so if they are out of merchandise people are not ordering stuff that is out of stock. So with that said, hang tight Jason is a great guy and he will take care of this!

Glad to see you bump a thread that has been dead for 2 weeks, just to say that.

All orders have been processed and shipped, or refunded. There was an error with our shopping cart software that has now been corrected.

Not everything I review I get for free. If the thread is 2 weeks old and everything has been taken care of, why don't you just delete the entire thread?

Why would you bring back up regardless? Do you have something against Jason or RCC? Because even though you deleted it, I can see your post with the link to BBB do you honestly think Jason is trying to screw people?

Of all people trying to preach good business practices.

Remember when you were selling your "Stick" chassis on e-bay and got busted!

What a tool!

In my opinion,if it doesn't concern you directly, stay out of it.I know I have nothing to do with this but, apparently, someone needs to be told where to put their posts.

P.S. put yourself in Jasons shoes and see how soon you could ship things.

Because I don't want to make it seem like I am trying to hide something. I make mistakes just like everyone else, and I am not gonna hide them.
