They require a balancer to balance the cells in them and a voltage cutoff to protect them from being over-discharged. yes, I made the jump to 11.1v last week, it wasn't cheap for a teenager in school, but I think it is well worth it  |

ive lit off two cells like fourth of july.i like too start out with perfectly good fully charged cells then.watch my money burn up in a toxic lung choking fire ball. but it was worth it. |
