Event Itinerary

Reminder - FOTO has a $2 parking fee- You will see a stand/box to the right side when you enter the parking lot. Take the envelope, put the money in and keep the ticket for your car

7am-8am - 1 course will be built by each club
8:15am - Driver sign-ins will start. At sign-in, your truck will be tech'd and you will be given at driver #. At this time, the $5 entry fee will be required.
8:45am - Drivers Meeting - Judges meeting will follow
9:00am - Event Starts. At this time, everyone will walk down to the rocks and go to whatever course they decide to run 1st. Drivers will be given their course walk through and then let the event start.

2:00pm - ALL 3 COURSES WILL BE CLOSING AT THIS TIME.

2:00-2:30pm - All 3 course scores(on clipboards) will be added into the computer and the "finals" course will be built. I will announce the top 10 drivers, so that they may get their trucks recharged, batteries changed,etc.

2:30pm - Finals event will start. Driver 10, then 9, then 8,etc. will be the running order.

Finals event should finish up around 3:30pm...I will then take all of those scores and put them into the computer. Everyone can head back up and winners will be announced.

During this time, guys will be setting up 2 courses for the tri-statecrawlers 1.9 class.

After the 2.2 Event is over, I will announce the sign-ins for the tri-statecrawlers 1.9 class.

If you know you will be running the 1.9 class, please post up now so I can already have you added to the scorecard.
