I will start getting drivers to sign-in and tech inspected at 8:30am in the parking lot, at which time you will receive a driver number.

Each 1 of the 3 clubs will need to bring their scoresheets, clipboard, stopwatch and course building supplies. If a club does not have enough scoresheets and such, please let me know.

Once we start, each club will have a clipboard of their scoresheets at their courses. This way each club is familiar with their own scoresheet. I will give judges a main scoresheet that will get taped onto the back of the clipboard. After that driver has finished, I need the judges to write the final score down on that taped scoresheet. This way I can can take all clipboards up to the laptop and punch in the scores very fast and find the standings.

For those of you that have attended TSC events, know how this goes. Drivers just tell the judge your driver # and your set.

This is posted on all 3 local forums and on here. Even if your on the "maybe" side of attending, please sign in. I will keep an eye on all forums to keep guys signing in.

Update


As this event was started between the 3 clubs to have some fun, this event is growing faster than expected, we will be having a maximum cutoff of 40 drivers.

Also please note, as I do not want any confusion - There is a $5 entry fee for everyone for this event, as all clubs charge an entry fee for non-members anyway. As stated in the flyer, the cash payout is for the club challenge only(Between the 3 state clubs of TSC, SIRCC and CKYC), as there will not be a payout for the solo Tri-State Champion crown.

Fubar Crawlers is donating 2 plaques.
1 will be for the Solo Crowning of the Tri-State Champion
1 will be for the Crowning of the club challenge w/ payout

Is this to replace the battle grounds comp. That was my first big comp nd had fun.

NO! This is not a Battle Grounds replacement!! Just a local comp with the three tri-state clubs for fun.

And I'll agree with you, Battle Grounds was an awesome event!! Hopefully it will be back in the future!

No sir, this is not a replacement. Tim stated it very well. This is a local event between 3 clubs to have fun and see who can win for bragging rights. While we are at it, we will crown a Tri-State champion of the 3 "thumbsup"

A couple of us from NC may make a run up there. Is there a hotel nearby? Wewill probably drive up sat and crash somewhere and then drive home after the comp.
