Default 2009-2010 SARCCA Winter Series Comp#2 at Gates Pass - 11/29

2009-2010 Winter Series - Comp #2 at Gates Pass - November 29th

We're heading back to Gates Pass!

We will be running points series in both 2.2's and 1.9's this season and there will be a one time buy-in of $40 for the 2.2 class and no buy-in for the 1.9 class(unless decided on by the competitors). We will be awarding prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the 2.2 class this season. Buy-in fees are due before the end of comp #3, if you plan on buying in to the series you must have paid by December 13th.

We'll be running both Pro and Sportsman in the 2.2 class again this season, but allowing dig in Sportsman to allow these members to prepare better if they make the jump to Pro next season.

Here we go!! Comp #2 being held at our Gates Pass location. Drivers will be on courses at 8:00am sharp, we will be starting later now that the weather has cooled off a little. We should still be able to run all drivers through all courses in a timely manner as we will still be running open courses.

Here is a link on the Gates Pass comp location.

Here is what the rest of the seasons schedule looks like...

11/8 - Windy Point
11/28 - Hobbytown/Optional
11/29 - Gates Pass
12/13 - Bisbee
12/20 - Casa Grande
1/3 - Texas Canyon
1/17 - Gates Pass
1/30 - Hobbytown/Optional
1/31 - Sierra Vista or Bisbee

If you plan on coming out, have any concerns or questions post up in this thread or feel free to send me a PM.

there are about 4-5 of us with 1.9s, but we havent been holding comps with them yet. I will be bringing mine to do some testing, so you are more then welcome to come out with yours. There are some great courses from our winter shootout last year to test on.

I hit absolutly no rain....hard to believe right? I barely missed some at the Houghton exit(BTW, our rock pile is gone from the WEROCK site)...and barely missed a big storm coming into SV, I saw it hovering all the way into town, then when I got close to home it disappeared.
I was happy!
