I'll be there and ready to comp in the 2.2 class. Of course I may not be able to drive worth a crap, but that wouldn't be anything unusual.

My son and I plan on coming. This will be our first RC comp. Is there a entry fee or something. We plan on running the 2.2 pro class. Thanks Jake Last edited by jr104; 01-28-2010 at 11:47 AM. |

Looking forward to it. Hope everyone knows the new wheelbase rule so there are no surprises! 6.4 - Wheelbase: is measured from center of axle nut to center of axle nut. The vehicle should be set down on a flat surface by the driver. The front wheel on the side that is being checked, must be pointing straight forward. At that time, the driver will then cycle the suspension through it's complete extension and compression range while the judge measures the vehicle's maximum wheelbase. At any point the vehicle's wheelbase cannot extend beyond the maximum limit of it’s class. All the above procedures must be duplicated on the opposite side. Note: If the vehicles wheelbase is affected by radio control it must be cycled or activated during tech inspection. also, progress points are -2 now. Cool, always good to have some new faces. There's no entry fee to comp, but your points won't count towards the series. If you want them to count, club dues are $20/year. Our 3rd comp (in March) is the deadline for dues. I'll be there with a dialed in modified Pro line tuber chassis running droop suspension. It actually works really good belive it or not. This thing is super light now and goes up crazy inclines. No t-twist until almost vertical.

I forgot to say that Mike and I will be out by 0630 so we can use all the help we can get. I'm probably the worst course builder there is. I'll build a course I know I can make which means anyone can make it!!!!!!!

| Easy course good.
I,ve been talking to a lot of people with crawlers that have never been to a comp and I think some of them will be showing up tomorrow. This is the first comp of the year with potential new members showing up. Let's go easy on the difficulty level, at least on the first five gates.:-P My goal as an R/C Crawler is to make it through a course without DNF'ing, not go to the Nationals. |

Sally and I will be there as well Rick. 1.9 Pro for me and 1.9 Novice for Sally. The Bully is not up and running yet, so no 2.2 pro for me this time. Looking forward to seeing everyone there. |
