801rcc Ultra4 R/C, Race #7 "Chimney Rock 400"

Ultra4 racing has quickly become "THE" class to run if your looking to push yourself and your rig to the limits, and in only a few short years has built a reputation for brutality. Many drivers consider Ultra4 to be the hardest events in motor sports and the same can be said for our R/C counter part. Bottom line, Ultra4 racing is all about extreme performance and extreme places. Most of all, it about gatherings friends, grabbing a rig and having fun. So peak those packs and give your rig a once over, then grab a hand full of throttle and leave the rest of the world in your dust.

If you can make it out early 801rcc is hosting a crawling comp earlier in the day so if the technical stuff is what you crave, you can get your fill of that too.

**Up For Grabs**

• 4400 Dog Tags: Finish with fasted over all time in either 2.2 or 1.9 4400 class. Fly when you can but keep the penalties down
  Trail Dog Tags: Out for a trail run, notice your surroundings
  Theme Dog Tag: Driver with the best item or vehicle based on the theme of the race. Creativity might be best

Note:

• Trail drivers are scored on penalties not time.
  Time will only be used in the event of a tie.
  Trail drivers will not score bonuses for assists
  Trail drivers will have hidden bonuses (disclosed during the drivers meeting)

**Mandatory**

• All drivers must have a timer, i.e. phone, stopwatch, etc
  All vehicles must have a recovery strap or winch.
  ALL Vehicles must have 6 scale items, EXCLUDING mandatory strap/winch

**Not required but highly recommended**

• A few $$ Bucks $$ for the donation box
  Prepping for wet conditions
  Golf clicker for faster scoring (Ultra Drivers)

**Theme**

• Theme for this event: Patriotic
  All Drivers must post a pic of their rig in this thread before the day of the event
  ALL Vehicles must compete in the event with any and all items
  Voting will take place during the drivers meeting

  TRAIL DRIVERS 200 GATES

In true 801RCC fashion this will be a FREE event and is open to anyone running a Ultra4 legal rig (check the rules to make sure your rigs are in spec)
