These dual stage inserts feature a Competition Cut, closed cell inner foam, with a Medium conventional or open cell density outer foam. The closed cell inner foam is super dense, water proof, is not temperature sensitive and is extremely durable. The conventional outer foam is not temperature sensitive, but it is not water proof.


The Monster Truck "Comp Cut" inner has six grooves machined into the area where the outer and inner meet. The machined grooves allow for the outer foam to collapse into them resulting in a much more responsive tire.
CWR-1202 was designed for use in the RC4WD B&H Monster Truck Racing tire, the JConcepts Firestorm MT tire, and the Pro-Line Destroyer Clod Buster size tire, but it will fit many other brands of tires as long as they are similar in height and width.

After we'd perfected those systems, we turned our attention towards the faster paced rock racer, heavy scalers, and basher genres. The Deuce's Wild Foam line was created. Using only the firm inner material, while focusing on the machined size and shape of the foam.


CWR-3018 was designed for use in the RC4WD "Rumble" Monster Truck Racing tire, the JConcepts Renegades MT tire, and the Pro-Line Destroyer Clod Buster size tire, but it will fit many other brands of tires as long as they are similiar in height and width.


These foams are much firmer than anything available on the market. They do not fold over under load whether it's high speed, heavy weight, or simply turning. These foams rely on a small air gap between the foam and tire. This loose area allows for the tire to obtain traction, while the foam supports the tire.


Approximate size: 4.875" Height x 3.750" Width (Remember that foam goes inside the tire and one must subtract lug and carcass thickness, plus any reinforcing from the overall tire height.)
