Review: Crawler Innovations 2.6 clod size foams

I am super impressed with these foams. They increased corning speed while also decreasing traction rolls. Win win Truck felt more predictable with them, especially at full throttle/high speed. Less ballooning of tires too. I glued one tuning disc (part# CWR-3015) to the outside and inside of each tires to fully fill the width. Also put two small vent holes in tread of each tire since the foams are air tight and the proline vented wheels no longer functioned.

Yes they make a world of difference, the biggest being next to no rebound when landing jumps, they just stick. Eddie was kind enough to give me a couple extra sets to give to someone that has been in the solid axle monster truck scene for a long time. He started using them last weekend and absolutely loves them and says they are better in every way than traditional foams. Once again Crawler Innovations makes our RC experience better!

Yup your right about the landings too, I guess I wasn't jumping high enough to notice...time for some big air testing.
