Right now I'm not going to upgrade the motors, because I don't want to change de esc. One thing takes to the other. |
very nice. i have my revo 2.5 rods in the back, and t-maxx 3.3 shocks in the back also. I need to put more rods in the front, and im thinking of some aluminum shocks as well. maybe like the losi highroller shocks. those look nice. oh and i need some tires. i could post some pics if you want |
please do we like pic give us all ideals |
okay, well here my cliff climber, like i said revo 2.5 suspension links, t-maxx 3.3 stock shocks looking to buy high roller alum. shocks dont know where to go for tires and rims though (beadlock expensive) http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/MVC-029L.jpg http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...t/MVC-028L.jpg http://i112.photobucket.com/albums/n...0103-gal17.jpg |
yup think u need shorter shocks |
are the high roller's shorter than the t-maxx shocks?? |
dont no but u need way shorter shocks |
|
it works fine when i crawl?? ill go check the specs on losi right now. |
with it way up in the air it will get to heavey |
thats true. i might switch back to my old ones then, what about salgons shocks? he said he got them from venom |
i dont no but u dont want to go with anything longer than 1 in longer on that stock chasis . look at what jdawg did with his he has longer shocks on his |
you know where you screw the top of the shock on? i moved that down more to make it longer than less taller |
You Want Around 3 In To The Belly Of The Chasis . That Is About The Rite Highth |
as soon as i put my other sus. links in i will measure. i really want to get new tires though and rims |
i jst got some hammers and hpi spike rims all 4 for around 50 bucks ultimate hobbies is having a 20% off scale on tires. has ny ran these with out the springs on the stock shocks? i think it will settle easier that way |
nice deal. are you talking about me on the shocks? |
ya that way with those long tmaxx shox it wouldnt sit so high in the front. does it go end over end when up a steep incline pretty easily? |
its a little bit of a challenge |
