the best waterproof esc, i have tried is the Mtroniks viper marine 40...... i burnt up a brand new rebel 2 and replaced it with the mtroniks as a temp. but i havent wanted to change it yet, and its been over a year...... i also have a lrp ai runner in a different truck, and the mtroniks outperforms it hands down.......

The Mamba 25 is suppose to be water proof. Posting more information and specs will get you a better answer / suggestions. Is this a comp rig, scale rig or bash rig? Brushed or brushless motor? How much voltage and what type of batteries? Are you running it completely under water?

I've never heard of the Mamba 25 being waterproof, and looking at the one I own I wouldn't think it is. It's really nothing more than a circuit board wrapped in plastic, and both ends are open. Unless they have coated the circuit board, I wouldn't expect it to survive water.
