| tq3 throttle orientation is backwards :(
Just hooked up my electronics last night, and found some funky stuff after completing the ESC manual calibration. when I pull, it goes reverse. when I push, it goes forward. I called castle, and found that I prob. did not setup the ESC for brushed motor. Going to try that this week...as soon as the link arrives. steering works correctly, only the throttle direction/orientation is backwards. anyone else ever experience this? running (trying to run) the following: esc - sidewinder radio - traxxus tq3 receiver - traxxas 2215 power - 8.4V 55T brushed motor will setup the following once link arrives. drag brake to 100% throttle curve |

There are three small switches on the bottom of the radio. You will need to find the one that controls the throttle and move it to the other position. I believe it is the first switch. Oops....looks like I was wrong about the switch number....and a bit slow at typing the reponse... |
