Default HPI reverse mixer pro and DIG on AX10

Hello everyone, i have a question.
I want to build a DIG unit in my AX10 crawler , but the only problem is , I have a 2channel radio.
Now i thought , is it possible to use the HPI Reverse Mixer Pro in my AX10 to operate the DIG??
http://www.hpieurope.com/piw.php?lang=en&partNo=307
(This is used on an HPI Savage with 2channel radios to operate a reverse module. which needs a servo)

Any theories on this. Could it be done?

I am using the Futaba 2PL with the Novak Rooster Crawler 55T combo.

Hope you can help me...

After reading on how it works, and seeing that you're using a Rooster Crawler, your truck is going to run in reverse for three seconds before you dig servo kicks in. Then to unlock the dig, you'd run in reverse for another three seconds before it disengages...

You'd run Into a lot more problems when crawling using that thing... Just think of how far away the "sharp turn", the one you needed the dig for, will be after three seconds of reverse.

Tnx for the reply Cake Eater, i thought it might be a good solution for 2channel users.
I want a DIG but i don't want to buy a whole new radiosystem yet, i like the one i am using now.
The other thing is , i have 3 more RC's wit a receiver for the 2PL so i need to buy 4 receivers with the new system...... :-(

Maybe i can find another solution for my problem....
