Would i need 3.5mm or 4mm bullet plugs?

You could use either, but I would use the 3.5's.

14 AWG, American Wire Guage, also known as Brown & Sharpe Guage, a standardized wire guage system in use since 1857.

I always put on bullets that match to the ESC I am using. As FAILED was getting to, if you have a CASTLE ESC, go 4mm.

I have a novak rooster, but i just ended up getting a pair of male and female wires so i didnt have to buy seperate connectors, thanks for the help though.
