Which battery is better a 25c 1500mah 11.1v 3s lipo or a 20c 2500mah 11.1v 3s lipo,

The 25c 1500mah would have more punch but the 20c 2500mah would have longer run times, i think.

that and the 1500mah will be a smaller pack physically. So that might come in to play also.

Maximum current draw is a function of the "c" rating x capacity. The 25C 1500mAh can supply 37.5 amps, the 20c 2500mAH can supply 50 amps. The bigger battery will hold up better.

Having said that, a crawler will never pull that much current, so the smaller one will be fine.
