Default Trinity Purple Overload Spring FYI...

Maybe this is common knowledge, but I never found anything when searching this forum. I decided to try running Trinity Purple overload springs in my Integy 35t motor. After ordering a pair, I found out I needed to order 2 full pairs and only use one spring from each pack. They're only a $1.50 a pack so the price isn't a big deal, but when you have to pay $5 for shipping each time it is. Just figured I'd save others the hassle if you order some to swap out into your motors.

Yes, been using those in my crawlers for a while now. They sell them in larger packages (10 of each spring). And yes, the springs are different from side to side...

hold on..you have to use two lefts or two rights (depending of course)....one set won't work for one motor...why not.

The link that Jeremy posted is what I have. One left one right. My part number was TRI4396.

R/CMaxximus, if you look at the package you bought, you can see in that picture there are left and right springs as well.

They are overHead springs (not overLoad springs) meaning the spring posts are on the same side of motor, which means the springs are wound opposite from each other. Lots of Trinity motors were this way.

I saw that too, but I pulled all the springs out of the package and they are all the same.

The link Jeremy posted I can see the diff, but all of mine were the same, no left & right wound springs
