Default Capacitor question

I am building a berg for my 1st crawler. Using 2 Matrix Pro 45t motors and punk dig.
I picked up a Sidewinder w/ccbec used in great condition. My question is do I need to be using capacitors with this setup? If so, what capacitors should I be using?

Thanks,
Neil

Believe it mostly depends what radio you are going to use. With a 2.4ghz radio, you shouldn't need them. if you are gonna run like a 27mhz system, I would solder some on.
The capacitors I have always used are 0.1 farad, 50v ceramic caps.

That should be 0.1 microFarad (uF). I believe CC recommends caps when using a Sidewinder, in general it's a good idea to keep radio noise and voltage spikes back to the ESC at a minimum.
