Default Thunder AC6 Lipo Charger

Going to get this charger to save myself a little money. Maybe I keep missing it, but I looked at the specs several times and I don't see what type balance plug it comes with. Anyone who has this charger can maybe help me out and tell me if it comes with one or not. And if it does, what makes of battaries can charge with the balance plugs. Thanks

i have this charger due to the fact that it was me swithcing to lipo and like you said didnt want to spend a butt load of cash. Well i must say for what your paying depending on where you get it its worth every penny. I had the charger for close to 9 months with no problems at all checked my lipos, niimh and so on and they all were spot on. then it randomly took a crap on me. contacted hobbypartz and they said to send it in and they will replace it with a new one. well waranty is only 30 days and i had mine way over that and didnt pay a penny besides shipping to them. the charger has 2 programs for lipo charging. the first is charging without balancing. this is ok if you have a different balance plug and cant get one soon. the other way is balance and charge the lipo. the charger comes with a balancing port that balances 2s-6s lipos just pop the balance plug in and your ready to go. and it will show you the individual cell voltage too. but some lipos dont have the jst balance plug i believe thats what they call its so i just make myself some adapters and boom i got a multi balancing charger. hope this helps lol

Thanks, that is just what I needed to know. One more question. I don't know that I can make my own adapters for other types of batteries. I see adapters for sale. Are they compatible with this charger? Or, do I have to buy adapters made just for this charger?

pretty much as long as its the jst balance plug. whatever you put on the other end is up to you. if your talking about charger leads. you can just make a deans with what ever you want on the other end or banna plugs i think there called with what ever on the other end

No, I am talking about the balance plugs. If I buy this charger am I stuck with always buying batterries with JST plugs, or do they make adapters so you can charge batteries with different types of balance plugs.
