| going from 2 cell to 3 cell questions?
ok i used the search first off, but i have been running a cc sidewinder esc on 2cell lipo for a while, need more wheel speed and think this will do it. My question is in the programing for the esc , am i missing the section for how many volts are going in(2cell,3cell,4cell)or do i need to be concerned? just go for it? any help is greatly apperciated |

Program the Sidewinder to "Auto-Lipo". That will automatically detect which ever lipo you plug into it, well actually only 2s or 3s. So you can run 2s or 3s without doing a thing. So now you can run a 3cell dead and still run your 2cell next too keep you crawlin. But if you want to run 4s you need to custom program it the the specificlly to 4s (pretty sure). when you plug it in to the program were is the section for "auto lipo"?
