Default Tekin Redline 13.5 Rotor Upgrade?

Going into a Wraith(MMP, 13.5 Redline, 2S for now)used as a basher/Foff/hill climber.

What I am curious about is the Tekin torque rotor upgrade. Would you be able to run a higher tooth pinion gear(which should mean more speed?) without creating as much heat as the standard Redline rotor?

thanks

Just guessing here, but I think bigger/torque rotors loose a bit of rpm. So you may have to gear up anyway.

My vote would be to gear down and run 3s.

Agreed, except IMO a lot of RPM. 3s with proper gearing is the way to go, you"ll get roughly 50% more speed (depending on gearing changes).
