Default General/Lipo Questions NEW STUFF

Running a 35t HH Motor with a Tekin Rebel II ESC with a JR XR3 Tx/Rx. I want to run lipo. Already got a Thunder AC6 charger on the way. I want long run times etc. I want a quality lipo. I've been looking at the thunderpower etc. Would also like it to be 3s. If anyone can help that would be great, this is the last thing I have on the list for my crawler.

Zack

I don't know if I would run 3S with my Rebel II with out wanting to watch it melt...if you want to run it, get a lipo cut off. the Tekin doesn't have one....as far as lipos I got some from Holmes hobbies and KillerKrawlers...they have a good selection and are priced nice. My 2S with a 35T runs with the group around 2 1/2 hours of scalin.

that help?!?!?!

helps a lot. Will be ordering everything that I need so I can finally put this 1+yr build to rest and I can actually drive it.

Stopped by my LHS and picked up a few things today. The most important being a Lipo from common sense rc. I picked up 11.1v 2000mah 20C 3s battery. Now the question is, does anyone have a wiring diagram that shows a external lipo-cutoff switch installed? Again, the Tekin Rebel II doesn't have a cut-off switch. So what do I need to install it?
