Default Need Help wiring my Fog lights

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding LEDs. But first let me begin by saying that my knowledge regarding electronics is limited to soldering dean's plug and setting up ESCs (with one touch set up buttons pa :eek.. With that said, please pardon my ignorance.

First. What's the max voltage would you recommend when using the 3Racing Fog lights (5 LEDs)?

Second. I want to set up a Four LED headlight cluster together with the 3 Racing fog lights (5 LEDs), how would you suggest I go about it? I have a four AA battery holder and a 9V plug I can use and also the power plug on the rooster designed for a cooling Fan. Which one would use suggest?

Third, How do I wire them, in series or Parallel? The 3racing lights up when I use 3v, the four LEDs up front lights up if I wire two LEDs in series and parallel the two pairs then use 6v. I plan to run the same power supply for both, but I'm absolutely clueless how I would go about it. I use 5mm white LEDs. Thanks.
