This still needs two ESCs, so its not really solving many Dig Switch problems. Now the PunkRC setup, thats changing things!

At first I thought it was a very similar product to my Dig Switch, but you are right, it just controls two ESCs. Yeah that is alot different. Their price seems okay, but i think it could be done much cheaper and simpler. Make something more like a smart and glorified Y harness. Maybe I am totally biased, but with good reason! Two ESCs + $49 or your existing ESC + $58. Hmmmm...... Last edited by PunkRC; 05-07-2009 at 11:04 AM. Reason: add quote | |

I can see this as not being a bad idea. It should allow 2 esc's without having to have a real fancy radio. I would think you would be able to keep the drag brake locked for the wheels not being used when in dig. Thats something we only kinda get with 1 esc and whatever dig system your using. I am sure sure of its complete operation, but there could be some adavntages to it over the single esc and dig switches. But, fyi, I am running 1 esc and should have a punkrc system soon ( did the preorder but was to late for the first batch )
