| dx5e + winch
I have a dx5e and a 3racing winch and everytime i power the truck up it appears to go through a servo check which results in the winch unspooling about 6 to 8 inches of cable. Has anyone else encountered this? Is there any way to stop it? If I turn the Tx off before the truck it turns the winch on and it just keeps running but if I switch the truck off first it stays put like it should also. Any ideas? Cheers |

You should always turn the Tx on first and turn it off last. I guess that is one of my pet peeves I had before Spektrum technology and it is still stuck.

Im running it off channel 4. I modified it from being on the stick to a 3 way toggle switch above the gimble in the face of the controller.
